Studio Basheva has been commissioned with the feasibility study of a refurbishment of an existing public housing in London. Location Undisclosed. 

Horizontal typology

The design envisaged accentuating one entrance of the building to allow increase of services and larger flats to all levels. The new cladding offers more space to be incorporated as part of the flat redesign. The cladding offers also a disguise of series of variety of  terraces behind. 

The new layout allow for a diverse flat types from studios, single and double bed flat and rooftop high-end penthouses.
